I just received the MGS Peace Walker - Big Boss edition as a gift, and it really is sharp. Let me speak for a moment about the contents...
1) The PSP-3001 Camo: They really did a good job on this. The camo print is a matte white-and-green pattern. I'm not going to go into the technical specs on the thing, if you're looking to buy this, you already know what a PSP is.
2) Olive drab carrying case: The outer shell is ripstop nylon with a padded microfiber inner lining to keep your PSP from getting scratched. There are two compartments, one large enough to hold the PSP and two UMD's. The smaller part has enough room for a set of earbuds and spare memory cards, or maybe a few more UMD's.
3) Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker: A copy of the game on UMD, in a little cardboard sleeve. A plastic case would have been nice, but then I'm kind of picky that way. Comes with a full-size manual and a code-card to download some custom stuff for the game. I've only played a few minutes of the game, but the graphics are above-par for the PSP, control is smooth, and the story is pretty engaging so far.
4) Download code for a copy of 2012. I thought that was only with the other pack, but it's here too. Not a bad flick, and hey, it's free anyway.
5) 4GB Memory Stick: It's a memory card. Holds 4 gigs of stuff. 2012 will eat up a little over half of it.
Bottom line? For the retail price being only $30 more than the PSP by itself, this is a steal. The game by itself is $40, so I reckon the bundled stuff is worth about $110 if taken piecemeal. And for someone without a PSP, it's an amazing setup.
Don't know that I'd pay $320 though...

I have owned every model they have come out with, and i like this one the best. The matte finish on the psp is great because after a while with the glossy finish it starts slipping in your hands. All the other extras make this all the more worth while

OVERALL THIS BUNDLE IS VERY CLEAN AND VERY SLEEK. WOULD LIKE TO SEE SONY COME OUT WITH A NICE LIL BUNDLE LIKE THIS FOR THE PSP GO SYSTEM. I HAVE OWED 3 DIFFERENT LIMITED EDITION PSP'S AND BY FAR THIS IS AT THE TOP OF MY LIST FOR NOW. TRY TO GET IT AT BETTER PRICE THOUGH EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PRETTY HARD TO FIND RIGHT NOW.
